Chalet La Almunia rooms
The apartment of about 65 m2 is located in a detached house and consists of a living-dining room, a spacious kitchen with a bar, and including all the necessary appliances and utensils, the WC is separate from the shower and washbasin and it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single.

The land is about 7000 m2 and is fenced. The swimming pool, the garden and the porch can be accessed directly from the living-dining room, with no fixed timetable. Free parking space on the property adjacent to the apartment.
General description of the neighborhood
In the surrounding area there are country houses, villas and urbanizations, not forgetting very interesting and well-known restaurants, as well as an aeroclub and a big “Mercadona” supermarket. The house is close to the center of Muchamiel and also to the towns of Villafranqueza, San Vicente del Raspeig, San Juan de Alicante and El Campello.
Other highlights
The apartment is on the ground floor, ideal for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. Inside the flat there is a step in the middle of the hallway and it should be noted that the width of the doors are standard.

Additional rules
For safety reasons, children are not allowed, please consult directly with the host about babies.
Avoid making excessive noise from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 9:00. Smoking is strictly
Forbidden inside the house, smoking is allowed on the terrace, using ashtrays, throwing cigarette butts on the ground is forbidden.
Please use electrical appliances, responsibly, for small loads of washing please us the 1/2 load option on the machine.
Additional payments
Cleaning is not included in the price, 65 € single payment per stay.
A deposit of 200 €, which must be paid by bank transfer before entry will be returned by the same means as soon as the condition of the property is checked at the end of the rental.
How to get to the house
From the airport by taxi. If you would like an exclusive personal pick-up please ask.
By car, leave the airport and at the roundabout take the third exit towards Alicante on the N-338, then join the A-70 motorway towards Alicante/Benidorm/Valencia and continue until exit 10 Alicante/Villafranqueza on the CV-822 and at the roundabout take the first exit, continue on the CV-822. At the third roundabout take the third exit, direction Partida El Collao, continue on Via Pista, Carrer del Cirerer, Calle Pesol, Calle Tomata, turn slightly left towards Carrer de la Ceba and at the stop sign, turn right and the destination is on the right. The gate is red with the number 57 on the left.
