The apartment has an area of 150 m2, with a spacious living room of 45 m2 and a large terrace of 60 m2. A professional cleaning team will leave the house in perfect condition for your peace of mind. The kitchen is fully equipped and very comfortable, with everything that lovers of good food might need. There are two complete bathrooms with bathtub, one of them an ensuite to the main bedroom. The flat has air conditioning/heating in the living room and the two double bedrooms.

The 1.20m. sofa bed is suitable for one adult or two children. There are books, TV, computer, Wii, WIFI and many other amenities. The nearby buildings are at a considerable distance, which gives the apartment a great deal of privacy.

General description of the neighbourhood

The tram stop is just outside the front of the building. The area has large tree-lined avenues, ideal for walking or sports. There are shops, a health centre, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, cinemas, golf course, beaches and many other amenities. Nearby are the ruins of the Ibero- Roman city Lucentum and a wonderful tranquil area of coves “Cala Cantalar”.
The apartment is located between the beautiful beaches of Albufera and San Juan, with its 7 km of white sand and crystal clear waters.

 

Other highlights

The flat is on the first floor of a private and closed complex. For people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users the access as far as the lift is adapted, there are no stairs. Please note that the width of the doors in the flat is standard.

How to get around

At the roundabout in front of the flat, you will find the TRAM stop that will take you to the centre of Alicante or in the other direction to San Juan beach. At the stop “Lucentum”, just two stops away, you can change to (L1) which takes you to Benidorm. The bus lines 21 (Alicante to Playa San Juan) and 21N (night bus Alicante to Playa San Juan) are 300m from the house. The motorway is 4 km away, to go in any direction and is easily accessible via the “Via Parque”. There is plenty of scope for walking, to Alicante on foot, or strolling by the seashore or to San Juan beach with its total length of 6200m. Alicante-Elche airport is 20km away by car and there is a bus (Line C6) from the TRAM stops (Marq and Luceros) to the airport.

Additional rules

– Avoid making excessive noise from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 9:00 both in the flat and common areas.

– There are no special facilities for babies and children, so these will be the responsibility of the adult guests who accompany them.

– Pets must have insurance and be exclusively on the terrace, the floor or on their private beds. In case of extra cleaning or disinfection, this will be charged from the deposit.

– Special care must be taken with the all the furniture and the equipment on the terrace.

– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house, it is allowed on the terrace, using ashtrays, throwing cigarette butts on the ground or in the street is forbidden.

– Please use Heating/air conditioning, tumble dryer, lights and other electrical appliances, responsibly. Use the washing machine 1/2 load option for small loads and please clean the dryer filter after each use.

How to get here

From the airport by taxi or bus, line C6, to the Plaza Luceros or the Marq Museum tram stops in the centre of Alicante. From there take the tram line L4 (towards Plaza La Coruña) to Sergio Cardell. The flat is 160m away (2m walking).

Common areas

The garden, play area and swimming pool are accessible during the established hours. The tennis court must be reserved, and a small charge is payable during low-light hours, due to the necessary use of lighting.

Additional payments

Cleaning is not included in the price and is charged at 88 € per stay.
Should pets be included, an extra cleaning fee may be charged. A deposit of 200 €, must be paid by bank transfer before entry and will be returned by the same means, as soon as the condition of the house is checked at the end of the rental.
