General description of the neighborhood
The urbanization has private security and an entrance only for residents. It has two swimming pools (one semi-Olympic) and nother one for children; it also counts with paddle and tennis courts, ping pong tables, children’s playground and gardens. There is free parking on the street.
The beach can be reached in 15 minutes walking from the swimming pool down the mountain paths, or by car in 5 minutes, about 3km.
The house is located in the El Carabassí urbanization (Gran Alacant) 13km from Alicante airport and 18km from the “El Plantío” golf course. Several hiking routes will allow you to discover the nearby mountainous area. The towns of Santa Polo and Elche are a short distance from the house. Close to the house you can find all kinds of services and shops, public transport, supermarkets, shopping center, laundry, sports center, paragliding take-off, health center, police and restaurants.

The house is located in a private and closed urbanization. It is divided into three 3 floors. The first and the second with a full bathroom and the third only with a room.

– Avoid making excessive noise from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 9:00. Smoking is strictly
– The house does not have services or special facilities for babies and children, so these will be the responsibility of the adult guests who accompany them.
– Pets must be accepted by the owner and must have insurance. They will be exclusively on the terraces, floor of the house or in their private beds. 1 large or 2 small pets will be accepted.
– Forbidden inside the house, smoking is allowed on the terrace, using ashtrays, throwing cigarette butts on the ground is forbidden.
– Take special care with the furniture and belongings of the terraces and / or garden (private).
– Please use electrical appliances, responsibly, for small loads of washing please us the 1/2 load option on the machine.
Additional payments
Cleaning is not included in the price, 100 € single payment per stay.
A deposit of 300 €, which must be paid by bank transfer before entry, is returned by the same means as soon as the condition of the house is checked at the end of the rental.
In case of traveling with pets, an extra cleaning charge may be applied.
How to arrive
From the airport by taxi and by car, leaving from the airport “arrivals” take the N-338 and then the N-332 towards “El Altet / Santa Pola”. Take the first exit “urbanización” and continue along “Avinguda Mediterrani”. At the second roundabout take the first exit towards “Avd. Scandinavia ”continue until you find number 33 in front of the sports center, which is the entrance to the Carabassí urbanization on the left. The house number is 129.
